Text Message Program

Bourn Pest Solutions sends text messages to customers who have opted in, related to their service — appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, technician arrival updates, and service follow-ups.

• Opting in. You opt in by ticking the consent box on our quote or contact form, or by giving us your consent directly. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies with the service you have booked.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving them. You will get a single confirmation, and no further messages after that.
• Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us on the details below.
• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Quotes and Services

Quotes given through this site are estimates based on the information you provide, and are not a binding contract until we confirm the work. Pest control services are subject to the terms of the service agreement you sign with us.

The client portal is for authorised account holders only; keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
